Samini to Headline Adamfopa Talent Quest Finals in Paris on October 26

The highly anticipated Adamfopa Talent Quest Show, a creative initiative spearheaded by Groupe Adamfopa Services Paris and Adamfopa Media, is set to host its grand finale on October 26 in Paris. The event, designed to spotlight the talents and creative skills of young Africans born and raised in the diaspora, serves as a platform to reconnect them with their heritage through music, dance, and the arts.
Isaac Oppong Dwomoh, CEO of Adamfopa Media Paris, highlighted that the primary aim of the show is to bridge the gap between African youth in the diaspora and their cultural roots. “This event offers a unique stage for our diasporan youth to reconnect with their heritage and celebrate African traditions on a global platform,” Dwomoh remarked.
The Adamfopa Talent Quest not only celebrates Ghanaian and African creativity but also showcases the untapped artistic potential of upcoming African artists living in Europe. The finale is expected to draw high-profile personalities, including celebrities, musicians, traditional leaders, and cultural exhibitors, all of whom will gather to witness this celebration of African excellence.
A major highlight of the evening will be the “Unveiling Ghana Experience Concert,” which is set to feature authentic Ghanaian musical performances. Attendees can expect an unforgettable display of Ghanaian culture through live music by celebrated Ghanaian artists.
The show’s headline act, Samini, one of Africa’s leading reggae and dancehall icons, will grace the stage with his electrifying live performance. Known for his magnetic stage presence, Samini is expected to take the audience on a nostalgic journey with live renditions of his early hits like *Linda*, *Sweet Mistake*, *Obaa*, and *My Own*. His passionate performances are sure to leave a lasting impact on the audience.
In addition to Samini, the event will feature surprise performances from other notable artists, adding further excitement to the evening. Artists such as Jupitar, Abrewa Nana, Bogo Blay, and Pinky Pecks are also expected to appear, while renowned dance icons like Allo Danny (now known as DannyGMC) and Offycial Serwaa will mentor contestants and serve as part of the judging panel.
Augustine Mark, CEO of RAM Media Concepts and the Ghanaian partner for the event, revealed that the competition began with 26 contestants, selected through auditions held on September 7 and 14 in Sarcelles, Paris. After rigorous performances and poetry recitals, 8 finalists were chosen to compete for the ultimate prize. Contestants stand to win lucrative cash prizes, studio recording deals, fully funded holiday trips to any European country of their choice, and other exciting rewards.
The event is expected to attract thousands of music fans, eager to experience the vibrant performances and competitive spirit of the evening. According to sources close to Samini’s camp, the “King of African Dancehall” is set to charm the crowd, particularly the women, with his signature smooth performances.
Samini, who has previously shared the stage with international stars like Sean Paul, Akon, Shaggy, Damian Marley, and Jay-Z, has garnered global acclaim with tours across the UK, Germany, Italy, Canada, and the Netherlands. His presence at the Adamfopa Talent Quest grand finale ensures that the event will be nothing short of extraordinary.
