NDC’s Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang Votes, Calls for Change in Leadership

Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang, the vice-presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has urged Ghanaians to vote decisively for change as the nation heads to the polls.

Speaking after casting her ballot at the M.A. JHS A polling station in Komenda, she highlighted the significance of every vote in shaping the future of the country. She described the voting process as peaceful and expressed optimism that the day’s events would proceed without incident.

The former Minister of Education reiterated the importance of exercising one’s democratic right, encouraging citizens to take active roles in determining Ghana’s leadership.

Running alongside former President John Dramani Mahama, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang is confident that the outcome of the election will reflect the people’s desire for a shift in governance and leadership direction.

She also called for calm, urging voters to prioritize a peaceful and transparent election process. Her message of hope and change resonates with many who see this election as a pivotal moment for Ghana’s political and economic transformation.
