Paramount Chief of Peki, Deiga Endorses Fafa Bankas’ “Gbiza Tent Village’25”

The Paramount Chief of the Peki Traditional Area, His Royal Majesty Deiga Kwadzo Dei XII, has officially endorsed “Gbiza Tent Village ’25”, a vibrant cultural and tourism festival founded by Ghanaian creative entrepreneur Fafa Bankas.
Set to take place from December 5th to 7th, 2025, in the scenic Peki enclave of the Volta Region, the festival promises a distinctive blend of tradition, art, music, and eco-tourism. The royal endorsement marks a major boost for the event’s cultural value and its mission to promote creativity and sustainable community development.
In his remarks, His Royal Majesty Deiga Kwadzo Dei XII praised the initiative as “a visionary project that celebrates the heritage of Peki while inspiring youth creativity, tourism, and cultural preservation.”
Founder Fafa Bankas expressed heartfelt gratitude for the Chief’s support, describing the endorsement as a symbol of unity between tradition and modern innovation.
