A-Plus Declares Victory in Gomoa Central Parliamentary Race

Controversial political activist and musician, A-Plus, has claimed victory in the parliamentary contest for the Gomoa Central Constituency. Provisional results suggest a win for the outspoken advocate, signaling a shift from activism to legislative governance.
A-Plus, whose grassroots-focused campaign struck a chord with voters, took to social media to announce his triumph. “I WON!!” he proclaimed confidently, sparking excitement among his supporters.

Although ballot counting is still underway, jubilant fans and allies have flooded social media with congratulatory messages, expressing optimism about his apparent victory.
If confirmed, A-Plus will unseat the incumbent Member of Parliament, Naana Eyiah Quansah of the New Patriotic Party (NPP). Naana Eyiah, who also serves as Ghana’s Deputy Minister for Interior, has represented Gomoa Central in Parliament for several years.
A-Plus’s win, if validated, will mark a pivotal moment in the constituency’s political history, showcasing the growing influence of activists transitioning into mainstream politics.
