Brain Jotter Praises Ghanaian Comedians for Smooth Collaboration on Upcoming Stage Play

Popular Nigerian comedian and content creator Brain Jotter has shared his positive experience working with Ghanaian comedians as he prepares to perform in the stage play “You Play Me, I Play You.” Directed by Fiifi Coleman, the play features Brain Jotter alongside notable Ghanaian comedians like Clemento Suarez and Jeneral Ntatia.

In an interview on 3FM Drive on November 1, Brain Jotter expressed appreciation for the ease of working with his Ghanaian colleagues. “Jeneral Ntatia is making the work extremely easy. It’s like one take, one go. Thanks to Jeneral and the director, everything flows seamlessly,” he said, highlighting the camaraderie and professionalism of the team.

He further explained that the opportunity to perform in Ghana for the first time was an exciting chance to connect with his Ghanaian fans. “When I got the call, I thought, this is great—a stage play in Ghana. It’s something new for me and a way to meet my fans here,” Brain Jotter added.

“You Play Me, I Play You” is a socio-cultural satire originally penned by the celebrated Ghanaian playwright, the late Efo Kodjo Mawugbe. Produced by Africa Arts Network, the play will take center stage at Ghana’s National Theatre and the Bukom Boxing Arena on Friday, November 8, and Saturday, November 9, 2024. With a powerhouse cast including Jeneral Ntatia, Brain Jotter, and Clemento Suarez, the production promises an engaging blend of humor and insight into contemporary social issues.
