Mary J. Blige Announces 2025 For My Fans Tour and ‘Gratitude’ Album Release Date
Mary J. Blige is gearing up for an exciting 2025 as she embarks on her For My Fans Tour, accompanied by R&B stars Ne-Yo and Mario. The Queen of Hip-Hop Soul revealed her plans during an appearance on “Sherri” on September 23, announcing that she will also release her 15th studio album, “Gratitude” before the year ends.
“I owe my fans a gratitude I can’t put into words, so I put it into a show,” Blige shared on Instagram, promoting the upcoming tour. “The For My Fans Tour is coming soon see you there!”
The North American tour is set to kick off in January, with Blige urging her fans to get ready: “If you are a Mary J. Blige fan, this is for you. Thank you.”
Fans can participate in a presale event on Ticketmaster, which runs through the night of September 26, with general presale beginning on October 1. While specific dates and locations have yet to be disclosed, the tour will include stops in major cities such as Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York City, Toronto, and Washington, D.C.
As anticipation builds for her new music, Blige announced that *Gratitude* will be released on November 15. “I’m in a constant state of gratitude,” she expressed. “Look at my life right now; I feel good, I have jobs and opportunities, I’m healthy, and I have amazing fans.”
The end of the year will be particularly momentous for Blige, who is set to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on October 19 as part of the 2024 class.
